After graduating from high school in 1982, Kelly Sue Stonebreaker left her hometown of Battle Creek, Michigan, and made the move to beautiful Central Florida. She spent nearly two decades working in the airline industry before discovering her passion for real estate. In 2003, she became a licensed Realtor® and quickly earned a reputation for her perseverance, dedication, and warm, community-focused approach. Outside of her professional life, she cherishes time with her three children, four (not at all spoiled) grandchildren, and her supportive husband, who shares her love for travel and good humor. A former marathon runner, Kelly Sue approaches life - and real estate - with grit, endurance, and heart.

 

In 2017, Kelly Sue’s real estate journey took a meaningful turn when she partnered with her daughter, Tori Myers, to form Stonebreaker Homes & Land under RE/MAX Town & Country Realty.

Tori, a graduate of the College of Central Florida with three degrees in Equine Studies, brings a unique and powerful skill set to the team. With a deep understanding of agriculture, land use, and large-acreage transactions, Tori thrives in land acquisition and sales-whether it’s a single acre, a sprawling 82-acre ranch, or a major commercial development. When she’s not working, she enjoys time on the family ranch with her husband and two young children.

Together, Kelly Sue and Tori built Stonebreaker Homes & Land on the foundation of family, trust, and exceptional service. Alongside their devoted team, they are passionate about helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence and ease.
